Elson left for work after 30 minutes while I stayed back to company Shannen. Saw 2 boys who attending the same class as Shannen, crying non-stop. The slightly older one was also 1st day at school, but no one company him. Guess his parents must be busy at work. While the other one, Kieran, had already attended school for a month. He was already settled down but was scared by the crowd who celebrated Children's Day last week. They kept calling for mummy and I can see lots and lots of tears and mucus on their faces. Poor thing.. Can't imagine that happen to Shannen.
Teacher Susie gathered all the toddlers and together we went upstairs for the classes, but the 2 boys kept crying non-stop. So, Teacher Ida from another class came to help carrying the older boy away. She also called his mum to come and pick him up. Shannen seem a little scare when we were upstairs. She was sitting on my laps. After Teach Susie told the other kids to sit next to Shannen, she was ok then. She then started to sing along and play with the rest of them.
There were 2 birthday celebration today. 1 is for a 3 years old girl (whom I dun know her name), the other is Kieran's birthday. For the older girl, her parents had arranged the whole school (about 60 students) to celebrate her birthday together. As for Kieran ones, since he is scared of crowd, they only arrange his class (which include Shannen) to celebrate his birthday for him. Shannen had a slice of ice-cream for the 1st celebration and half cup cake from the 2nd one. She also manage to finish 1 plate of rice with fried egg and minced chicken and a bowl of white fugues soup fed by Teacher Susie. Can see that she was doing fine without me. Not long after she finished her food, Kieran vomited. He threw out everything he ate. Think must be from the crying and phlegm accumulated earlier. Shannen stared hard cos Kieran was just sitting next to her. Lolz...
I carried her away, washed her hands and let Shannen join Teacher Ida with the older kids for some story telling. Once we were upstairs again, the older kids were gathering around Shannen. Some hugging and kissing her like a doll. Lolz.. Once Teacher Ida finished the story telling, it was playing time. There's this boy who kept all the toys in his shirt and poured out everything for Shannen to play. When another 2 boys wanted to join in, he asked them to go away. Can't believe kids at this age behave like that. Lolz..
