Received a call from Teacher Ida, informing me that there's a confirmed case and 2 suspected cases of HFMD in school. Since Shannen last had the suspected infection(ulcers in her throat), I will have to pay extra attention to her personal hygiene this time. Will also check her before she go to school everyday until the "chain" is broken.
Just can't believe that some parents can send their sick children to school, just having the thoughts that they will be wasting some $$ if their children don't attend the classes. Don't they have some pitiful feel for their own children. The poor child is sick and you still insist to send he/she to school? Is earning $$ so important in life that you can simply ignore your sick child? Really don't understand their thinking...
