Sarah has been on solid since early February. Why so early? Cos she has reflux and the only way to avoid her from throwing out so frequently is to give her some solid. On the other hand, she has not been gaining much weight due to reflux too.
Started out with giving her commercial fruits puree, then move on to rice cereal, then add on homemade puree (veg or fruits) now am trying to give her some organic brown rice cereal from Healthy Timez. She loves her solid meals and wants more each time.
