Zoo Out 7

Didn't expect to go to Zoo today cos we have something on tonight, but since Shannen kept nagging @ Elson to bring her to the Zoo, Elson finally decided to bring her there to stop the nags. Lolz.. Forgot to bring my camera along, so only took this pic with the phone.

Zoo Out 6

It's like a every week affair now. We are bringing Shannen to the Zoo again, but instead of Sunday, we chose a Saturday. It was a right choice cos we realized that there wasn't so many people on a Saturday trip. Of course Shannen was more willingly to walk by herself since it wasn't so crowded compared to our last few trips.

Reservior

After resting for quite a while, we decided to bring Shannen to the reservoir again.

21 Months Milestones

Finally Shannen is 21!!!! Not 21 years old, but 21 months old. Changes between these 2 months are :-

Meal wise
- exposed to more types of foods now and she prefer sour stuffs
- Had increased her milk feed to 270ml/300ml X 3 times per day with no leftover. Cos she is either drinking from syringes or straws. No more teats & bottles now.

Behaviour & Action wise
- Better than last time. At least she understand what we wants and said.
- Can listen better. Do remember what is supposed and not supposed to do. When she goes near the plugs, she will say "no no'. This means, mummy or daddy said cannot touch.
- When we look angry, she will hug and kiss us.
- Will throw temper when she don't get the things she want, but after we explain to her, she won't do it again.
- Know how to take out the diaper herself when I told her to do so.

Speech wise
- Can pronounce words more accurately after us
- Still can't speak in sentences, but she will say things like "mama, papa, ai ni", "mama, milk" We are still trying to make her talk more
- Loves to point @ things and I will tell her what it is then she will say it after me.
- Knows all the pictures on the ABC charts, need to buy some new ones.

Zoo Out 5

Wanted to bring Shannen to the Zoo on Saturday, but Elson was too tired. So we decided to bring her to the Zoo today. We were much ready this time as we brought along the pram. Zoo was packed as usual cos there were some Family Day organized by companies. Lucky thing was we had the pram so that Elson dun have to carry Shannen all the way.

We didn't know it's Father's Day today until we watched the news. So I quickly asked Shannen to say after me...

Shannen : Papa (she was shouting out loud)

Shannen : Day (ended with a big kiss on Elson's cheeks)
Elson : Thank you (hugged Shannen & gave her a big kiss)
